What is your purpose?
In this role, you claim ownership of our global brand marketing strategy. From inception to execution. Even though 5,000 health care institutions in 10+ countries already embrace our proposition, this still calls for a growth hacking mindset because there is literally a world to be won. And yes, the interest is there – feelers are out, contacts are in place – but we need to up the brand strategy ante to take international growth to the desired level. And that’s where you wield your magic. By conceptualising bespoke go-to-market strategies. By driving the development of highly relevant creative content that resonates with target audiences and buyer personas. By enthusiastically sharing data-driven insights that bolster product development. And by cultivating brand awareness and brand ambassadorship.

As Global Marketing Manager Brand & Innovation, you coach and empower a talented team of product marketers, visual designers, storytellers and copywriters. The people who signed off on our inspiring brand book, and now look to your conceptual and strategic prowess to accelerate global growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager Demand Generation and report directly to our CCO, Bernard Bierens.
